How we work

Every engagement begins with clarity about the problem and the mandate

Not every problem requires the same level of intervention. That is why the process begins with qualification and scope definition.

The architecture of the mandate

From the initial enquiry to the final checkpoint, every stage has a question, a boundary and a clear responsibility.

The stages 01—03

Clarification

  1. The enquiry

    The client provides basic information: their role, company, situation, stakes and desired outcome.

  2. Qualification

    We check whether the problem falls within Veritas Advisory’s competence, whether the person has the necessary authority and whether minimum conditions for an engagement exist.

  3. The Clarity Session

    We clarify the problem, context and next step. If the situation is simple, the engagement may end here. If it is complex, a separate service may be recommended.

The stages 04—06

Mandate and decision

  1. The mandate

    Before an extended service, we establish:

    • the problem and intended outcome;
    • the scope and limits of analysis;
    • the information required;
    • the participants and decision-maker;
    • the deliverables;
    • the working rhythm;
    • the responsibilities;
    • the completion criterion.
  2. Analysis and structuring

    Veritas Advisory analyses the agreed information, tests explanations, structures findings and formulates recommendations.

  3. The client’s decision

    The client reviews the recommendation, requests clarification and makes the final decision.

The stages 07—08

Implementation and closure

  1. Implementation and verification

    The client leads implementation. If the mandate includes mentoring or verification, Veritas Advisory analyses reported progress, deviations and the need for correction.

  2. Closure

    Findings, open decisions, responsibilities and the next checkpoint are confirmed. A service does not automatically continue beyond the agreed mandate.
